Our founder and purpose

N3Pass is led by Ruzyl Earl Cabarles, Founder and CEO of Registruum Technologies Inc. His aim is to expand fair access to opportunity around the world—not only for those who already excel, but also for people working toward their future and growth.

What N3Pass provides

N3Pass is a platform for user-supplied career information, individual verifier responses, résumés, opportunities and selected-information applications. N3Pass is not the school, employer, accrediting institution or author of every record. Using the platform does not guarantee employment, admission, scholarships, qualifications or an offer’s availability.

Member responsibility

Provide accurate information, describe incomplete studies honestly, keep details current, and upload only material you may lawfully use and share. Do not impersonate someone, invent qualifications, manipulate verification, send unsolicited invitations, or disclose another person’s confidential information. Obtain permission to contact a verifier. Protect your account and report suspected misuse.

You retain rights to your material. You authorize N3Pass to store, process and display it as necessary to operate the features and sharing you choose. This does not grant permission to use your name, likeness or private records in unrelated advertising.

What “Verified” means

A verification records the response of the recipient of a private email link about the exact version of a record. The required first name, family name and email identify the submitted response; an email response alone does not establish institutional authority or independently prove every claim. A verifier must respond honestly based on personal knowledge, may decline, and should not include unnecessary third-party information in remarks. Self-reported records have not received that confirmation.

Names, response dates and remarks are recorded as explained in the Privacy Notice. Material changes end the record’s current confirmation. A “Verified” label is not government approval, institutional accreditation, a background check or a guarantee of suitability.

Organization responsibility and follow-up

Organizations, schools and employers are responsible for their listings, eligibility criteria, lawful assessment, independent checks and final decisions. They should follow up with applicants and, where authorized, relevant institutions or verifiers before relying on important claims. Access to an application is limited to its purpose and the information shared; it does not authorize unrestricted investigation, marketing or disclosure.

Organizations must not imply that N3Pass has independently endorsed their identity, offer or applicant. N3Pass remains responsible for its own platform operations and applicable obligations; these terms do not transfer all responsibility to users or waive non-excludable rights.

Names, ads and offers

Member display names appear in the internal directory only by choice. Organization and sponsor names may appear with their profiles, listings or authorized promotional material. Advertisements, sponsored placements, company freebies and promotions are separate from verification and must not be presented as verified endorsements. Providers are responsible for accurate descriptions, eligibility, availability, fulfillment and their stated terms. Check these details directly before accepting an offer. No benefit is guaranteed simply by creating a profile.

AI and verifier contact

AI assistance and AI-assisted contact or tracking of verification follow-ups are planned only. They are not active monitoring services. Before launch, the platform must describe the scope and obtain appropriate separate permissions. Current verification permission does not authorize AI calls, ongoing surveillance, or unrelated contact. Any future AI output should be checked by people and must not invent qualifications or make final employment or education decisions.

Sharing, availability and disputes

Review your sharing selection before applying. Uploaded résumés are shared as whole documents. An organization may request more information, but you decide whether to provide it. Withdrawing stops new platform access; recipients may already hold downloaded copies. Services can be interrupted, and an application submission is not a promise that an organization will respond.

Report suspected false claims, privacy concerns, misleading offers or misuse to the operator using the contact above. Include only the information needed to identify the issue, not passwords or sign-in codes. The operator may investigate and restrict misuse consistent with applicable law. Contact the organization directly about its recruitment or offer decisions.

Protecting the platform and its community

Do not scrape member information, harvest verifier contacts, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, send spam, or use N3Pass for fraud, harassment, discrimination or unlawful activity. Do not buy, sell or fabricate confirmations. Registruum Technologies Inc. may investigate credible reports, limit abusive activity, remove unlawful or misleading content, or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect people, the service or legal obligations. Where practical and lawful, affected users should receive a reason and an opportunity to request review through the support contact. Urgent protective action may come first.

Submitting a report does not establish wrongdoing. Review should consider the available evidence and the affected person's explanation. Restrictions must not be used to erase applicable access, correction or complaint rights.

Company intellectual property and user content

Registruum Technologies Inc. and its licensors retain their rights in N3Pass branding, original software, designs and platform materials. Using N3Pass does not transfer those rights or allow someone to claim company endorsement. Respect third-party trademarks and content as well. You keep ownership of your original submissions and grant only the permission reasonably needed to store, process and share them through the features you choose. The company may use voluntary product suggestions to improve the service, but this does not authorize unrelated use of private records or personal information.

Developing a sustainable service

N3Pass may improve, replace, limit or discontinue features and may support its operations through clearly identified sponsorships, advertisements or optional paid services. Planned features are not delivery commitments. Material changes to access, charges or these terms should be explained in advance where practical; any required agreement must be obtained. No charge is authorized by this notice alone. Product development does not give the company unrestricted permission to sell private information, train AI on private records or contact verifiers for new purposes.

Reasonable limits and company accountability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis without a promise of uninterrupted access, a particular career outcome or the independent accuracy of third-party submissions. The company is not responsible for an employer's independent decision or an advertiser's fulfillment merely because the content appeared on N3Pass. These limits do not excuse the company's own unlawful conduct or remove obligations or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable privacy and consumer protections. Responsibility for a claim should reflect the conduct and loss actually attributable to each party; users are not required to accept a blanket waiver of their rights.

Changes and applicable rights

Features described as planned are not included services or delivery promises. New fees or optional processing will require clear notice and applicable agreement; this page does not authorize a payment. Updated terms should identify material changes. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow parties to exclude. Young users and those acting for an organization must have the required authority or consent.
